Marketing, events, campaigns and artist operations across electronic music.

Intro/Cover Letter

A few years ago, I made the decision to step away from a successful career in property to pursue electronic music and nightlife culture professionally, not just creatively, but operationally and commercially as well.

Music has been a constant in my life since I was 11 years old, when I first learned to DJ after convincing my older brother to take me to a friend’s house so I could learn to mix. That obsession eventually evolved into running events, working with artists, building campaigns, releasing music, and developing a deeper understanding of how electronic music communities engage both online and in person.

Since joining NGE, I’ve gained hands-on experience coordinating logistics and operations for internationally touring artists across hundreds of events annually, while also working across advancing, contracts, artist relations, and communication between agents, promoters and venues.

Alongside this, I co-founded and run Element, an independent electronic music event brand focused on underground club culture and community-led experiences. My role spans marketing, campaign planning, ticketing strategy, content direction, audience growth, promoter relationships and operational delivery. I’ve personally led campaigns that contributed to sold-out events and shows of up to 750 capacity, while helping grow the brand’s audience and identity over several years.

What draws me to Ministry of Sound is the balance between heritage and evolution. Few brands in electronic music have the cultural history that Ministry does, while still continuing to evolve visually, creatively and commercially. That combination is incredibly exciting to me.

I believe I would bring a well-rounded perspective to the role. I understand nightlife culture from multiple angles: artist operations, promoter relationships, event delivery, audience engagement and campaign execution. I’m equally comfortable discussing creative ideas, coordinating logistics, analysing ticket performance, building partnerships or helping execute campaigns under pressure.

Alongside my events and operations background, I’ve also worked on creative and sound design projects for brands including Sony, Warner and Morph, which has strengthened my understanding of storytelling, visual identity and audience-facing content.

Most importantly, I genuinely care about the culture. I’m someone who enjoys building communities, creating experiences people remember, and contributing to projects that feel culturally meaningful rather than disposable.

I would welcome the opportunity to contribute to the next chapter of Ministry of Sound.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Why Ministry Of Sound?

What makes this role feel like such a natural fit is the combination of experiences I’d bring to it. I’ve worked across artist operations, promoter relationships, event marketing, ticketing, campaign direction and live event delivery, while also building and growing projects independently within electronic music culture.

Most importantly, I understand the audience because I’ve spent years genuinely being part of the culture, not observing it from the outside. That mix of operational experience, creative involvement and cultural understanding is difficult to replicate, and it’s exactly what I’d bring to Ministry’s marketing and promotions team.

If you made it this far, thanks!

I appreciate you taking the time to consider my application. I look forward to hearing from you.
